SayFrey sells intimate apparel including lingerie sets, bras, bodysuits, panties, nightwear, and costume pieces. We aim to represent colour, fit, and fabric accurately in product photography and descriptions. Minor variation may occur between batches, screens, and lighting. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise and may change without prior notice. A confirmed order price is honoured for that transaction.

An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay & Google Pay through certified payment partners. SayFrey reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders affected by obvious pricing errors, stock unavailability, failed payment verification, or suspected fraudulent activity. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details.

Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout typically range from 12–18 business days, depending on product sourcing and your delivery city. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays caused by customs, couriers, weather, or events outside our reasonable control are not grounds for automatic cancellation, though we will assist with tracking where available. All orders ship in discreet outer packaging without lingerie branding on the exterior.

Intimate apparel is subject to hygiene restrictions. Return eligibility, timelines, and refund processing are set out in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, interfering with checkout or security, impersonating SayFrey, or using our trademarks and imagery without written permission.

All site content — including photography, copy, logos, and layout — is owned by or licensed to SayFrey. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SayFrey is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, product dissatisfaction outside our stated return policy, or delivery delays beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes should first be raised with us at support@sayfrey.com.
