How to choose your bra size in Pakistan
Most fit problems start with a two-minute measurement error. This guide walks you through underbust and bust sizing at home — no fitting room required.
Why measure at home?
Pakistani market sizing varies wildly between local brands, imported labels and online listings. A 34B from one supplier can fit like a 32C from another. Measuring in inches gives you a consistent baseline before you order.

Step-by-step measurement
Wear a lightly lined non-padded bra or no bra. Stand straight, exhale normally, and wrap a soft tape measure around your ribcage directly under the bust. Round to the nearest inch — this is your underbust measurement.
For bust size, measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level across your back. The difference between bust and underbust determines cup size: roughly one inch per cup (AA through D and beyond).
Example: underbust 32 inches, bust 36 inches = approximately 32D. Always cross-check against the specific product size chart — balconette and bralette styles fit differently.
Between sizes?
Lace bras and bralettes have limited stretch compared to cotton T-shirt bras. If you are between band sizes, size up on the band and adjust straps. If between cups, choose the larger cup — spillage is harder to fix than a slightly loose lace cup.
For bodysuits and teddies, prioritise hip measurement over bust. For two-piece sets, size the bra and brief separately if the listing allows — many sets run true to the bra band with flexible brief sizing.
