Buying guide
How to wash delicate lingerie
One harsh spin cycle can ruin eyelash lace that survived international shipping. Proper care keeps elasticity, colour and scallop shape intact for months.
Hand washing (recommended)
Fill a basin with cold water and a capful of mild detergent — no bleach, no fabric softener on mesh. Submerge for 10 minutes, gently agitate, rinse until water runs clear.
Press water out without wringing. Reshape cups while damp and lay flat on a towel away from direct sun. Hanging by straps stretches lace over time.
Machine washing (when necessary)
Place in a mesh lingerie bag, cold water, delicate cycle, low spin. Hook bras closed to prevent snagging. Never wash with jeans or items with zippers.
Pakistan's hard water can stiffen lace — an extra rinse cycle helps. Consider distilled water for final rinse on premium pieces if your tap water is very hard.
Storage tips
Store sets together in a drawer — do not crush molded cups. Use tissue between stacked bras to maintain cup shape.
Avoid sealed plastic bags long-term; lace needs airflow to prevent mildew in humid Karachi or Lahore monsoon months.
